Texas Clinic came to us in Jan of 2021 with an interest in growing their clinic system. They had 3 locations and were preparing for the launch of their 4th location and in doing so wanted to modernize their entire digital infrastructure to provide the best quality care to their clients.
Some of the services which they were interested in include HIPAA compliant web hosting, business email for their entire organization, a new modern website, search engine optimization to attract new clients, lead generation through website, HIPAA compliant intake form, social media content creation/ management and paid advertisements to bring in new clients
The Challenge
Our services can be divided into two sections,

- Managing patients (Reducing costs) By doing so we increase the overall revenue of our clients
Once our Texas Clinic Site 2.0 site was ready from a branding perspective it was time to start driving in new clients.

Using our content optimization on website and backlinks over 3 months we were able to obtain #1 in the Houston local map stack for opioid treatment Houston ultimately increasing our new clients and revenue.

Finally we continue our paid advertisement strategy which uses paid ads across Meta (Facebook & instagram) driving leads which we convert into clients through text and email automation services.
